Возможно повышение риска кровотечений. Три эпизода серьезного кровотечения, включая 2 случая кровоизлияния в мозг, наблюдались в группе пациентов, получавших пентоксифиллин по 400 мг 3 раза/сут вместе с аценокумаролом при синдроме перемежающейся хромоты. При одновременном применении следует тщательно контролировать состояние пациентов для выявления симптомов кровотечения.
