Комбинированное применение тиазидных диуретиков и селективных ингибиторов обратного захвата серотонина может повысить риск развития гипонатриемии, в некоторых случаях тяжелой. Ряд исследований и сообщений документально подтверждал это взаимодействие. Внимательно следить за пациентами, особенно с уже существующими факторами риска развития гипонатриемии (например, пожилой возраст, женский пол, низкая масса тела).
