Совместное применение тиазидных диуретиков и солей кальция может увеличивать риск развития гиперкальциемии. Сообщалось о развитии гиперкальциемии при одновременном назначении тиазидных диуретиков и кальция карбоната. При необходимости применения данной комбинации следует контролировать концентрацию кальция в крови.

Возможно уменьшение антигипертензивного и диуретического действия. Это, по-видимому, связано с нарушением синтеза простагландинов, что приводит к задержке солей и воды в организме. При одновременном применении требуется клинический контроль и при необходимости – повышение дозы диуретика. НПВС также обладают нефротоксическим действием, которое может проявляться на фоне терапии диуретиками. Добавление к данной комбинации ингибитора АПФ или антагониста ангиотензина II может значительно увеличить риск развития нарушений функции почек.

Салицилаты тормозят синтез простагландинов и устраняют антигипертензивный эффект ингибиторов АПФ зависимым от дозы образом. Исследования показали, что низкие дозы аспирина (менее или равно 100 мг/день) не взаимодействовали с ингибиторами АПФ. Комбинированное применение салицилатов с ингибиторами АПФ может также повысить риск нарушения функции почек. Следить за АД и почечной функцией во время комбинированного применения.

НПВС и ингибиторы АПФ могут вызывать нарушение функции почек, это действие может быть аддитивным. При комбинированной терапии следует контролировать функцию почек. Назначение диуретиков на фоне этой комбинации еще в большей степени повышает риск нарушения функции почек, особенно у пациентов пожилого возраста. Антигипертензивное действие ингибиторов АПФ также может уменьшаться вследствие ингибирования синтеза простагландинов под влиянием НПВС. В случае применения комбинации.
