Салицилаты могут снижать уровень глюкозы в крови и усиливать секрецию инсулина посредством замедления синтеза простагландина. Одновременное применение салицилатов может усилить гипогликемический эффект инсулина. Поэтому при одновременном применении салицилатов и инсулина необходимо контролировать уровень глюкозы в крови.
