Ранитидин может увеличивать сывороточные концентрации мидазолама за счет ингибирования его печеночного клиренса. В исследованиях было показано увеличение сывороточных концентраций и эффектов мидазолама. Однако в исследованиях с участием 8 здоровых добровольцев был получен противоположный результат. Следует контролировать состояние пациентов и эффекты мидазолама. При необходимости корректируют дозу ранитидина.
