Железосодержащие препараты могут уменьшать плазменные концентрации оральных хинолоновых антибиотиков до субтерапевтических значений за счет образования малорастворимых хелатных комплексов. Для того чтобы минимизировать данное взаимодействие следует соблюдать интервал между введением этих препаратов (не менее 2 ч). Следует контролировать терапевтическую эффективность хинолоновых антибиотиков.

Цинксодержащие препараты могут уменьшать плазменные концентрации оральных хинолоновых антибиотиков до субтерапевтических значений за счет образования малорастворимых хелатных комблексов. Для того чтобы минимизировать данное взаимодействие следует соблюдать интервал между введением этих препаратов (не менее 2 ч до или через 6 ч после назначения цинксодержащих препаратов). Следует контролировать терапевтическую эффективность хинолоновых антибиотиков.

Кальцийсодержащие соединения могут образовывать хелатные комплексы с ципрофлоксацином и привести к субтерапевтическим концентрациям ципрофлоксацина в сыворотке. Некоторые исследования показали, что кальцийсодержащие соединения уменьшали всасывание и AUC перорального ципрофлоксацина при одновременном применении. Карбонат кальция также снижал экскрецию ципрофлоксацина. Следует вводить эти средства, по крайней мере, за два часа, чтобы минимизировать взаимодействие и избежать терапевтическую неудачу.
