Азатиоприн может снижать терапевтический эффект пероральных антикоагулянтов посредством неизвестного механизма. Несколько отчетов показали, что доза варфарина должна быть увеличена для поддержания терапевтического уровня МНО. Сообщалось о требовании повышения дозы фенпрокумона при одновременном приеме азатиоприна. Внимательно следить за МНО пациента и соответственно корректировать дозы антикоагулянтов при одновременном применении.
