Циклоспорин может увеличивать сывороточные концентрации бозентана за счет ингибирования OATP, участвующего в его метаболизме, что в дальнейшем увеличивает риск развития токсичности бозентана. Бозентан может снижать сывороточные концентрации циклоспорина на 50% за счет индукции CYP3A4 и/или CYP2C9, что может приводить к снижению терапевтического ответа на циклоспорин. Данная комбинация противопоказана.
