Совместное назначение тиазолидиндионов и инсулина повышает риск развития отека, увеличения массы тела и сердечной недостаточности по сравнению с применением этих средств в качестве монотерапии. Следует контролировать состояние пациента.

Применение такой комбинации требует особой осторожности.

Требуется контроль работы сердца.

Возможно появление токсических реакций, требуется наблюдение.
