Ингибиторы АПФ могут повышать чувствительность к инсулину, что увеличивает риск гипогликемии. Имеются сообщения о гипогликемии, связанной с использованием ингибиторов АПФ и препаратов сульфонилмочевины. Пациентам на препаратах сульфонилмочевины, начинающим терапию ингибиторами АПФ, рекомендовать следить за признаками гипогликемии и регулярно проверять уровень глюкозы в крови при комбинированном применении.

Применение комбинации требует осторожности.
