Железосодержащие препараты могут уменьшать плазменные концентрации оральных хинолоновых антибиотиков до субтерапевтических значений за счет образования малорастворимых хелатных комплексов. Для того чтобы минимизировать данное взаимодействие следует соблюдать интервал между введением этих препаратов (не менее 2 ч). Следует контролировать терапевтическую эффективность хинолоновых антибиотиков.

Применение комбинации требует осторожности.

Необходимо наблюдать за клиническим состоянием пациента.

Нельзя принимать препараты одновременно.
