В некоторых исследованиях было установлено, что алюминий/магнийсодержащие антациды уменьшают AUC и максимальную концентрацию ранитидина на 20-59% и 33-40% соответственно. Повышенные дозы антацидов могут значительно снижать биодоступность ранитидина. Для того чтобы минимизировать взаимодействие следует соблюдать 1-2-часовой интервал между приемом этих препаратов.

Применение комбинации требует осторожности.

Нельзя принимать препараты одновременно.
