Совместимость Заведос^® и Сандиммун^®

Циклоспорин повышает концентрацию в плазме крови и нейротоксичность доксорубцина. У пациента, получающего циклоспорин и доксорубицин, наблюдались токсические реакции со стороны ЦНС (в т.ч. кома и судороги). Данную комбинацию следует применять с особой осторожностью, требуется клинический контроль для выявления симптомов нейротоксичности.

Циклоспорин может повышать содержание в сыворотке крови и токсичность антрациклинов, возможно путем ингибирования их p-гликопротеинового транспорта и CYP450-опосредованного метаболизма. Одновременное применение высоких доз циклоспорина и антрациклин-содержащих схем привело к повышению уровня и токсичности антрациклинов (тяжелая миалгия, лейкопения, нейтропения, смертельный исход). Единичный случай нейротоксичности (например, нарушения сознания) также наблюдался при совместном применении циклоспорина и доксорубицина. Необходимо внимательно следить за пациентом на предмет признаков токсичности антрациклинов и снизить их дозу, как клинически принято при комбинированном использовании.
