Совместное назначение трастузумаба и паклитеаксела может увеличивать риск развития кардиотоксичности. В нескольких исследованиях было показана более высокая частота развития случаев кардиотоксичности при применении данной комбинации, особенно у пациентов, предварительно принимавших противоопухолевые препараты, например, антрациклины или циклофосфамиды. Сообщалось о развитии фоточувствительности при применении данной комбинации. Следует контролировать состояние пациентов и симптомы кардиотоксичности.
