Хотя сочетание бета2-агонистов и теофиллина обычно эффективно для контроля течения астмы и ХОБЛ, при совместном назначении могут потенцироваться некоторые нежелательные эффекты (например, гипокалиемия и сердечные аритмии). Увеличение клиренса теофиллина, приводящее к снижению уровня теофиллина в сыворотке, также описано для некоторых системных бета2-агонистов. При одновременном применении мониторируйте сывороточные уровни калия и теофиллина.
