Железосодержащие препараты могут уменьшать плазменные концентрации оральных хинолоновых антибиотиков до субтерапевтических значений за счет образования малорастворимых хелатных комплексов. Для того чтобы минимизировать данное взаимодействие следует соблюдать интервал между введением этих препаратов (не менее 2 ч). Следует контролировать терапевтическую эффективность хинолоновых антибиотиков.

Цинксодержащие препараты могут уменьшать плазменные концентрации оральных хинолоновых антибиотиков до субтерапевтических значений за счет образования малорастворимых хелатных комблексов. Для того чтобы минимизировать данное взаимодействие следует соблюдать интервал между введением этих препаратов (не менее 2 ч до или через 6 ч после назначения цинксодержащих препаратов). Следует контролировать терапевтическую эффективность хинолоновых антибиотиков.
