Салицилаты тормозят синтез простагландинов и устраняют антигипертензивный эффект ингибиторов АПФ зависимым от дозы образом. Исследования показали, что низкие дозы аспирина (менее или равно 100 мг/день) не взаимодействовали с ингибиторами АПФ. Комбинированное применение салицилатов с ингибиторами АПФ может также повысить риск нарушения функции почек. Следить за АД и почечной функцией во время комбинированного применения.

НПВС и ингибиторы АПФ могут вызывать нарушение функции почек, это действие может быть аддитивным. При комбинированной терапии следует контролировать функцию почек. Назначение диуретиков на фоне этой комбинации еще в большей степени повышает риск нарушения функции почек, особенно у пациентов пожилого возраста. Антигипертензивное действие ингибиторов АПФ также может уменьшаться вследствие ингибирования синтеза простагландинов под влиянием НПВС. В случае применения комбинации.
