При сочетании абатацепта с ингибиторами фактора некроза опухоли альфа развиваются тяжелые побочные реакции (включая тяжелые инфекции и злокачественные заболевания), что, по-видимому, обусловлено аддитивным иммунодепрессивным действием. Данная комбинация противопоказана.
