Совместное применение ацетилсалициловой кислоты (в антиагрегантных или анальгетических дозах) и ингибиторов ЦОГ-2 (коксиб) может приводить к увеличению риска развития гастроинтестинальных язв и кровотечению. Следует избегать назначения ацетилсалициловой кислоты в анальгетических дозах и коксиба. При применении ацетилсалициловой кислоты в антиагрегантных (низких) дозах с коксибом следует дополнительно назначать ингибиторы протоновой помпы для профилактики развития гастроинтестинальных язв. Аналогичные рекомендации следует использовать и при применении других салицилатов.
