Цефалоспорины, содержащие указанную химическую структуру, способны вызывать гипопротромбинемию и геморрагии. При одновременном применении с тромболитиками возможно повышение риска кровотечения. Вероятный механизм – уменьшение синтеза витамин К-зависимых факторов свертывания. Требуется клинический контроль для выявления симптомов кровотечения..
