Селективные ингибиторы обратного захвата серотонина (СИОЗС) и агонисты серотониновых 5HT1-рецепторов могут увеличивать риск развития серотонинового синдрома. Данное взаимодействие обусловлено гиперстимуляцией центральных серотониновых рецепторов. Сообщалось о тяжелых случаях развития серотонинового синдрома вплоть до летального исхода. Однако не все сообщения подтверждают данное взаимодействие. Поэтому при необходимости назначения данной комбинации следует соблюдать осторожность.
