Противогрибковые азолы могут ингибировать СУР3А4 и CYP2D6-опосредованный метаболизм оксикодона, в результате чего повышается уровень в сыворотке и побочные эффекты оксикодона. Некоторые исследования и наблюдения показали, что сочетание этих препаратов заметно увеличивало содержание в сыворотке крови оксикодона. Сообщения о токсичности оксикодона и усилении обезболивания также были задокументированы. Следить у пациента за признаками опиоидной токсичности и рассмотреть возможность использования более низкой дозы оксикодона при одновременном применении этих препаратов.
