Ингибиторы ВИЧ протеазы могут снижать CYP3A4-опосредованный метаболизм алкалоидов спорыньи. Сообщалось, что отмечены случаи эрготизма при совместном применении алкалоидов спорыньи с ритонавиром, нелфинавиром и индинавиром. Совместное применение ингибиторов ВИЧ протеазы и алкалоидов спорыньи противопоказано.
