Совместное назначение дилтиазема и дигоксина может приводить к увеличению сывороточных концентраций дигоксина. В нескольких исследованиях сообщалось о том, что дилтиазем уменьшает клиренс дигоксина и увеличивает его сывороточные концентрации. Однако имеются исследования, в которых не сообщалось о данном взаимодействии. Следует контролировать концентрации препаратов в плазме крови и при необходимости корректировать дозы.
